“How do you use alt codes? I got the spectre a couple days ago--works great so far. The only question I have right now is how do I use alt codes? I've pressed alt + numbers but none of the symbols are working (as in alt 0243 is an o with a tilde). I type in foreign languages a lot and need to be able to type accents without hassle, can some help me with this?”

• I tested this both on my Spectre and on my Desktop with full size keyboard. When I enter the ALT+0243 on my full keyboard's number pad I get ó as a character. However both on the full keyboard and Specter keyboard the numbers at the top of the keys do not work. I believe the ALT+ codes only work on the keypad. I would try adding an external USB number pad.
