Questionanyone else have issue with battery draining when shutdown? i am having that issue and some have also had the issue reported on hp forum.

- Answer Not sure but I believe they are the exact same machine but with a different model number sold only at BestBuy. In that way BestBuy doesn't have to honor a price match guarantee if the unit sold directly by HP goes on sale (which it happens to be on sale right now).

QuestionI just purchased the spectre x360 model which is supposed to get 12 hours of battery life. I am only getting 4 hours right our of the box with only surfing the internet and checking e-mail . What type of battery life are you getting with this model?

- Answer What screen settings do you have it on? I get 8-10 hours streaming movies on 50% brightness, get a little more if you turn battery saver on.

QuestionDid anyone install the Windows 10 anniversary update? The laptop comes with Build # 1511. The HP support website does not list this model as supported for Anniversary update build (1607), and Windows Update also does not show Anniversary update available.

- Answer A leatherette folio came with mine. The box it came in is pretty big. Inside there's a cardboard folder for the leatherette folio, and another fully wrapped box with the laptop, held by foam padding.

QuestionI picked up one of these secondhand. It had the SSD removed by the previous owner. I plugged in a power supply and turned it on. The lights come on and the fans spin briefly, but nothing else. Is this because there's no SSD in it, or is it something else?

- Answer The price is around the same as a macbook pro. And it does more. It is a beautiful machine that came from HP of all places! I bought another one this january. Excellent purchase!

QuestionAt the moment has HP fixed the issue where the battery drains while the pc is completely shutdown as mencioned before by some? If not, how much drain do you notice overnight with the computer fully off/shutdown (not hibernating, but completely shutdown)?

- Answer NO, It does not come with one. And Best Buy does not sell the HP stylus that works with it. Don't buy a generic stylus. Use HP only if you want to see amazing performance.
