QuestionHi. I reviewed this model on your site and HP brochure. Brochure says there are quad speakers on 14-ea1023dx, you however state dual. Can you confirm if that is actually the same thing or is thia mdoel of 14" Spectre indeed wkth weaker speakers? Thanks.

- Answer The units are tested for volume levels and that includes noise from parts such as the fan. It is important not reach over a certain decibel. Some people are more heavily impacted by noises than others. Without testing the model in person, it can be hard to say how it might affect an individual or if they will be more bothered by it than someone else. The aim is to keep these units running quietly so not to disturb the owner or those around them.

- Answer No. Look at the specs. It uses graphics that are integrated in the CPU. You need a dedicated graphics card

- Answer It's there. Turn on your hotspot on the phone. Then go to the laptop wifi utility in the lower right corner and look for available wifi networks. You should see your hot spot. All laptops will connect to hotspots

- Answer These machines are considered non-upgradeable and it would be recommended that any upgrades be done by a certified expert. If you are curious about upgrading this machine, you can contact HP Support or Geek Squad. If Geek Squad does the upgrades, it does not void the warranty of the machine, but HP will not cover the new parts.

- Answer You will want to contact either HP Support or Geek Squad right away. They can get it looked at and repaired or replaced depending on the needs. The faster you do it, the more likely they can figure out the cause and help reduce future risks. If it was from a drop, you might want to look into some possible solutions at Best Buy for protection for your laptop.

- Answer The easiest way to do that is to get a USBC to HDMI adapter. It will be a cabled connection. If you want to do a wirelessly then you will need something like a Microsoft wireless display adapter to plug into your TV. I'll see if I can test it and let you know.
