• A:Answer Thank you for the question. The Sprocket is designed for printing photos from ios and Android devices, using the Sprocket App. There are no drivers or software for Windows, however, some users have been able to print (no editing choices) by connecting to a PC via Bluetooth.

• A:Answer Thank you for asking. HP Sprocket Studio cartridges and photo paper are sold together and are specially designed to work with the printer. Change the ink when you change the paper. Paper/ink bundles are available for 50 or 100 photos.

Q: QuestionI have a Sprocket Studio and I need a new cartridge. How would I find this cartridge by itself since the Studio is no longer being sold? And how long does each cartridge last?

• A:Answer The cartridge-paper packs are still available on Best Buy's retail site. Each pack consists of 2 rolls and 108 sheets of paper. That is 54 images per roll with a total of 108 images per pack.

Q: QuestionI have the older HP Sprocket Studio and need more 4"x6" paper and ink cartridges. I can only find this for the HP Sprocket Studio Plus. Will those cartridges work in the HP Sprocket Studio?
