Dose this come with Internet or bing? null

Yes it comes with Internet Explorer and the default search engine on there is Bing. You can download Google Chrome or other browsers also.

The computer comes with Internet Explore preinstalled (Just as any windows based computer would). I do believe it did default to using bing for its search engine. However, like any computer, you will need access to an internet connection to make use of the internet.

It comes with both. I prefer to Internet explorer via the desktop shortcut

The HP Stream has Windows 8.1 with Bing search engine. It does not come with internet you would have to purchase it through an internet provider
