- Answer The computer doesn't have a built-in CD/DVD drive, but the computer will typically grab whatever files it needs from the Internet. You could use a external CD/DVD drive to load software, but because this computer runs windows in "S Mode" you can only load apps that are available in the Windows Store.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. You can either download the Zoom and Teams app from there, or you can use the web based versions of those two programs
