QuestionUSB Type C port - Does it need to be unlocked? I have tried to plug in devices or adapters for extend monitors and it hasn't done anything.

- Answer Because the USB-C port is "data transfer only", it doesn't have the ability to transfer video. However, the computer does have an HDMI port that you can use to connect to an external monitor.

- Answer For any software you will want to look at the system requirements from the developer's website and make sure this meets the specifications for the settings you would like to use. Updates can change those requirements and that can affect what settings you use or impact if you can run it at all. You would have to turn off S Mode on this device which will lower the security on it. Currently on the Roblox site it also does not list Windows 11. It shows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10 only.

- Answer Unfortunately, no. The RAM is "surface mounted" (soldered directly to the motherboard) and there's no way to expand it.

- Answer Thank you for the question. The HP Stream 11-ak0053dx does not have an Ethernet port, but you can purchase and connect an Ethernet-to-USB adapter. AC adapter: yes, an HP adapter is included with this laptop. Keyboard: if you do not wish to use the integrated keyboard and mouse, you can purchase and connect a USB wired or wireless keyboard and mouse. External monitor: yes, this laptop has an HDMI port.

- Answer Because this computer is running Windows in "S Mode" it can only download and run apps that are in the Windows Store. The good news is that it looks like most if not all of the Cricut apps are available in the store.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. Windows 11 in S mode is a version of Windows 11 that's streamlined for security and performance while providing a familiar Windows experience. To increase security, it allows only apps from the Microsoft Store and requires Microsoft Edge for safe browsing. You can turn off S mode in the settings and the computer will convert to Windows 11 Home at no charge.
