• The code for the 1TB onedrive cloud storage was on one the the slips of paper that were included alongside the owner manual, instructions, and Microsoft Office code. On the paper it listed the website to redeem it at, as well as the code.

• Mine did it automatically on Windows validation/registration with an existing Outlook.com account. Maybe check your account settings to see if the TB shows up. Mine did not appear right away...logged in later and the full TB appeared.

• It comes with the factory manuals and general info. In my case it was in a plastic bag inside the box.
