• It has a mux switch built into system firmware. The RTX 3050 card is not listed on Nvidia's website as supporting Advanced Optimus.

• No, it does not and that's a bit of an issue. You could disable the discrete GPU using a hardware profile when it isn't powered by an AC Adapter, but that will only solve the power issues and not the bottlenecking.

• i didn't find any graphics switcher option in omen gaming hub also in bios,so how can i connect the rtx 3050 directly to screen without using an external monitor?
