Thank you for the question No, the USB-C port on the Victus 15-fa1093dx will not support laptop charging at an acceptable wattage, since it also supplies power to the GPU. It does support HP Sleep and Charge, the ability of the USB-C or USB-A port to provide a charge going out such as to a cell phone even when the laptop is in a sleep state.
