• This model does not support USB-C PD charging. I don't know why HP feels the need to lie about this with their answer.

• No, usb-c charging is not supported. I've had the laptop for nearly 8 months and tried multiple times to find a way to make it work. Don't waste your time trying.

• actually I have the ryzen version of victus so my device doesn't support usb c charging but in hp support page it says intel version only can support usb c charging.

• There is an option for usb c charging in the bios? I havent hooked a charger up to it though.
