- Answer I'm sorry to hear that. Did the store have a product key for you? If that doesn't work, your next step would be to contact the HP support team. They'll need the serial number, which is on a sticker on the bottom of the computer

- Answer You can check the requirements for the software you would like to use by looking up the system requirements for it from the publisher's website. You will want to make sure that the device you want to use it on meets the minimum requirements. Updates can impact what settings you can run the software on or if you can use the software at all. While this computer meets the minimum requirements for Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0, it does not meet all recommended requirements for higher settings, which may impact your framerate.

QuestionWhile playing GTA V the cpu temperature becomes between 70 and 90°c and sometimes it goes as high as 93°c is that normal?

- Answer It certainly can get that high when you're running the computer at close to it's maximum capacity for extended periods. If you're using the computer on a soft surface (like on a bed), that can block some of the vents and lead to higher temperatures, so try using it on a hard surface. The computer is designed to throttle itself back if the temperature gets too high.

"HP Global Warranty covers HP products at the level of standard warranty offered in the country in which it is used. For example, a product purchased in country "A" and moved to country "B" receives the current warranty coverage provided by country "B" (if that product is marketed or supported in country B)."

- Answer The computer easily exceeds the system requirements for Apex Legends. There's no way to give you a frame rate to expect, because there are too many variables involved, but it's enough above the minimums that you shouldn't have a problem.
