• You should be able to in your in game menu. The game must support 144 hz in order for it to kick in.

• Hi Freddy and thanks for your question! The HP X24ih monitor should automatically adjust to the correct HZ being broadcast by your source of your gaming. If not then the settings on the source must be changed.
