“How do I change my monitor setting to 144hz because i can’t change it from 60hz”

• Hey, I just got the monitor and ran into this problem. I figured out that you must go into the windows 10 settings to fix it. Settings>Display>Advanced Display Settings>choose the monitor in the display options>properties>monitor>properties>then you can change the refresh rate.

• You would have to go into Display Settings on your pc. If you are on xbox you need to go into TV settings on the xbox and change it to manual then set the refresh rate to 120hz.

• You probably have something that doesn't support higher than 60 hertz check your settings.
