Hey, I just got the monitor and ran into this problem. I figured out that you must go into the windows 10 settings to fix it. Settings>Display>Advanced Display Settings>choose the monitor in the display options>properties>monitor>properties>then you can change the refresh rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would have to go into Display Settings on your pc. If you are on xbox you need to go into TV settings on the xbox and change it to manual then set the refresh rate to 120hz.
