When you are in your settings to use your laptop/computer and add a bluetooth device, push and hold the blue button. This sends a signal to the computer of what you want to add. Your computer won't just add anything unless you authorize it.

Typically you will have to hold the connect button then search for it in your computers Bluetooth settings.
