It has a dual sim slot and it is a brand new phone when purchased through best buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's a new, unlocked phone (meaning it isn't attached to a carrier). You need to check frequencies and bands to make sure it works for your carrier (for example, I use T-mobile which uses bands 2, 4, 12 and frequencies 1900, 1700 for 4G). Just Google your carrier and frequencies and you should find your answer. It does not have dual SIM. It uses nano-sim only. I had to go to T-mobile and buy a new SIM card (my old one used micro-sim). The sim-card fits on a little tray with the micro SD card and they give you a little tool to open it.

If you click that button, the page will automatically scroll you down to an option to buy the Honor 8 "New" or "Refurbished". Also, the 8 is a single nano-SIM device.(ED)
