This should be well-within the capability of most homes that use a Broadband internet service (Cable, Fiber etc.) but may not be within the capabilities of your satellite service, particularly if you are unable to successfully stream other video content. QuestionDo I need a mat under the machine? I have luxury vinyl floors. Thanks!

- Answer I would. The machine is heavy. When you get going at the higher paces it is possible there might be a small amount of movement which could scratch or damage the floor. Without a mat, it would likely move even more. I wouldn't risk it for the $80 the mat costs. We looked at other mats but they seemed too thin to be effective.

- Answer No it cannot be used with VR of any kind. There is very little flexibility to add any devices of any sort. Only wireless ear buds. That’s it. Also you cannot listen to your own music. Only what they play.

- Answer Actually, Apple Watch users can connect to the Hydrow with a Watch Link pod. They can be purchased from the Watch Link website at watchlink.app. I have been using the pod on my Hydrow, it works flawlessly!
