QuestionI have already done over a million meters on a Concept 2, What I am looking for are good videos. The samples on YouTube were chatty and the rowers blocked the views. Do you have any “just row sightseeing” videos w/o all the chitchat & obstructed views?

- Answer Hi and thanks for your question! It sounds like you might enjoy Hydrow's Journey workouts. These workouts do not feature an Athlete and there is no set pace or instruction. Journeys allow you to concentrate on your stroke and experience a workout with just the a view of the bow or stern of the boat and the sound of the water as you row through the beautiful scenery.

- Answer Not sure if they set up - but it literally is 8 screws - the kit even includes the tools needed if you don't have your own. Takes about 3 minutes. That being said - it is heavy. you will need somebody to assist with moving it into location

- Answer Best Buy does offer installation and delivery in many areas through Best Buy Geek Squad. You can enter your zip code on the product page or call Best Buy Support at 1 (888) 237-8289 to determine which of their services are available in your area. Best Buy also carries Hydrow's Upright Storage Kit, which is required to store Hydrow upright when not in use.

- Answer There are other rowers out there that are more appropriate for those that do not want to do the online program. The value in this rower, in addition to it superb construction, is the interactive rowing program through the subscription.

- Answer While Best Buy has not yet announced any promotions that will be offered during the 2020 Holiday season, I would not expect to see a significant discount on Hydrow similar to the Black Friday deal offered last year. That was a one-time-only, limited-quantity special exclusively offered by Best Buy as part of the launch of their connected fitness offerings.

- Answer Hydrow recommends it be in a dry, indoor, climate-controlled area away from damp or weathering elements. When operating, Hydrow should be used in a room of 32°F to 104°F (0°C to 40°C). It can be can be safely stored in an area of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C). The Hydrow website answers many FAQ their Customer Service is outstanding.
