“Charged this overnight and still won’t turn on. Is there some trick to this? Even downloaded the app, which is annoying. Shows a green light when I hook up the charger. Nothing when I hit the power button”

I have the same issue. Will not turn on if I disconnect. The green lights do come on if connected, but only for a few seconds then goes dead. Device does not work at all. Arghhh!! Any suggestions appreciated

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi there! The Hypervolt 2 device will need to be disconnected from the charger in order to turn on. Once disconnected, you will have to hold the power button for 3-5 seconds until the ring light comes on. After that, a quick press of the power button again will cycle through the speed settings.
