• You can use it with or without Bluetooth. The Bluetooth helps do the regiments they recommend and auto adjusts the speed for them, but I use it all the time with no Bluetooth attached. It has low, medium, and high setting.

• Hi Susan! Unfortunately, there is not. All of our Hypervolt 2s have Bluetooth capabilities. That is a feature that you do not need to use to use the device though!
