Why does the light blink red while charging? null

The Hypervolt has a ring light on the handle that is used as the battery indicator. When placed on the charger, this light will pulsate red, yellow, or green when charging. Red indicates that it is low or out of battery, yellow indicates that it the battery is half full, and green indicates that the device is close to be fully charged. When the device is fully charged, the device will stop pulsating and just display a solid green color.

It should only blink red until it charges up and then it should blink the other colors until it ends up at Green finally. Mine only takes 10 minutes 15 minutes to charge. Oh and it's supposed to be turned off when you charge it. Good luck.
