Sorry for the trouble with your device! Please note, the Venom 2 products have a standard preset run time of 15 minutes per session. These are preset recovery default time settings. If your device shuts off after 15 minutes of use, this is normal and this is not a battery issue. You can connect your device to out app to customize your session and increase the time if you wish.
