• If you know how to desolder switches, you just need to open the board, desolder them, lube/film the switches, then solder them back on. Stabs can be lubed in the same way.

• No, unless you want to desolate all the switches then resolver them. The stabs you could lube with a syringe, dielectric grease, and some patience.
