- Answer Yes. It depends on your controller I guess. Some controllers have to have those adapters. This will plug right into the adapter. Or directly to the controller on the newer controller.

- Answer Absolutely, I play call of duty daily and you can clearly hear which direction gun shots are coming from, you can hear foot steps or doors opening/glass breaking very clearly, and it is easy to tell which direction it is coming from.

- Answer There are two parts to the cable. regular 3.5mm to 3.5mm and then the controller to usb. The 3.5mm part is around 4 ft, while the usb part is around 5-6 ft.

QuestionBesides gaming, can I also use these for work for Microsoft teams and a Cisco softphone?

- Answer Yes they will. When you plug them into your computer, if using windows, you should get a pop up to confirm you plugged in a headset, but once you confirm, you should be able to use all the above, plus zoom, Skype etc. I’ve only used these via the headphone jack for work calls though, I haven’t tried it plugged in via USB (you have the option of both).

Questiondoes the usb controller allow a mix between discord and game audio?

- Answer Yes, however I wouldn't bother. Plugging in the headset creates two audio outputs, comms and game. While you could set discord to use the comms and the game to use whatever game you're playing, the comm output sounds terrible. I don't have any issues when I put both game and discord on the game output.

- Answer I own this headset. I have no idea what you are talking about, unless you are referring to the extra ear cups. It comes with 2 sets. 1 set is the pleathery type and one is just the regular stretch material.

- Answer It’ll work with any type of computer since it was made and designed for such. The only issue is that the headset will be a waste if it’s not for gaming. It will work with Pc, Console, Computer, laptop and phone devices. The sound be affected and sound lower depending on what you use it.
