- Answer Are you talking about the USB Receiver or the Micros USB Charging Cable? Pretty sure the Cable can be replaced with any Micro USB cable. I viewed Hyper X site for Accessories and only see the USB Receiver for the Stingers. Maybe contact them directly.

- Answer Hey XboxDiscord! No, the Cloud Flight S wireless headset is not compatible with the Xbox One and does not use Bluetooth to connect wirelessly. It uses a 2.4 GHz USB wireless adapter. We'd recommend looking at the CloudX Flight wireless headset for the Xbox One.

- Answer Hey Mancheno! The Cloud Flight S headset may work on smartphone devices using OTG USB adapter, but you will need to make sure the manufacture for compatibility. Game/Chat mixer feature will not work.

QuestionMy husband games on PS5 and we have a lot going on in our house. Will the mic on this pick up all of his background noise, causing irritation in party chat?

- Answer If you get these be aware that walking too far out of range of the plugged in usb receiver will cause a loud popping sound in both headphones, the Mic will definitely pick up background noise about 6 feet from you in all directions, after which it starts to falloff. The receiver is a tad large, which may not be a problem to most but some computers and I know laptops have close USB ports and in some this will block you from plugging in together.

QuestionI bought the HyperX Qi charger, but am unsure of what side to place the headset on to charge it. When I plug it in, the side light lights up. However, when just placing the device on the HyperX Qi charger, nothing seems to happen? Is the R or L side?
