- Answer I've actually managed to go full wireless with the phone. Connect the HyperX wireless usb stick to the phone through a microusb/typeC adaptor. Might not work for iOS, but it sure does for Android (not all versions maybe). Hope this helps

- Answer As a telecom engineer this should work fine with your “soft phone” or program. Most likely you’ll need to check the program settings and select this headset as your default Bluetooth device. You may find that some features like auto answer and disconnect are limited by the program not the headset. Used mine for calls on different systems.

- Answer You charge it via a micro usb cable that comes with the product. It connects to the PC via the usb wireless adapter, you just plug the adapter into a usb port on your pc and it will connect.

QuestionIt has come to my attention that this headset is capable of receiving aux input from a 3.5mm audio cable. Does the unit need to be charged for this to be used, or can the wired connection run without the battery?

- Answer Hi, my experience was that the unit always turns off when you connect the audio jack, though was not able to test what happens if not charged at all, but I think should not be a problem. The problem, in my case, was that the 3.5mm input was too wide and input jacks didn't tight and then it don't seems to be working. So the trick is to find an audio cable with a base in the male jack so this base helps the jack to keep it connected and then you will hear the audio. Hope it helps...

- Answer Yes and is the best I have ever used. I'm a call agent and this exceeded my expectations. Great volume normalization so that you can keep the volume low and hear everything perfectly clear. Helps out when you're dealing with difficult customers.

QuestionI currently have the Corsair Void Pro Wireless, i cannot walk upstairs without it disconnecting and people always say my volume is low. Hows is the input/output volume for the mic and in the way you can best describe it hows the wireless range?

- Answer This will work with any mic including the HyperX branded. If your question is can they be used with the monitor function, that question unfortunately is no, not wirelessly. However, with a 3.5mm jack on the Headset, you can buy a cable and connect it to your mic with no issue.
