A:AnswerYes, with the USB connection you can plug it into the dock on the switch or a controller with the 3.5mm jack for the xbox. But you can also use the USB connection for the xbox as well if you did not want to have it plugged into your controller!
A:AnswerIt should work with it as long as it has a USB port, and or a 3,5mm jack for it to plug into. and if that does not work you could plug it directly to your t.v or monitor!
A:AnswerYes they have 7.1 surround sound but can't be played with the 3.5 jack cuz to played the surround need to be plug in with the sound card that's included and the sound card needs a usb port. You can use them with every device using the 3.5 jack with stereo.
A:AnswerMake sure the mic is completely inserted in the headphones. I thought I had the same issue (on my pc) but I didn’t have the mic fully inserted.
A:AnswerIt could be your controller or it could be a bug in the game itself. My husband has an old Xbox elite controller and that happens to him quite often. Also, the game we play (Tom Clancy's Division 1) has known issues with that happening in the game. If possible, try them with a different controller to see if it still happens. If it is only happening in one game you play then you should Google it for known issues that other players are having a problem with. If none of those are the problem then return the headset and get a new one under warranty. HyperX has a standard two year warranty on this headset so shouldn't be a problem. Good luck!
A:AnswerI have used just the headphones to make calls on my phone and I'm sure the 7.1 audio is generated by the usb dongle sound card that comes with the headphones.
