QuestionJust got my headset. I press the mute mic button and nothing happens. It doesn't mute my mic. Light stays blinking green. Anyone can help? me?

- Answer The blinking green light means the headset is on. On the back of the left ear is a power and mute button. When the mute button is pressed it should make a beep and the led at the tip of the microphone should turn red. If none of that happens than consider contacting HyperX
