QuestionSo when I got my headset in the mail and I tried it out, everything sounds all muffled, weird, or just abnormal. I used to use a Dolby Atmos sound mode headset so i was wondering if its normal or a headset defect.

QuestionDoes this have flip to mute mic? Meaning, if I flip the mic upwards (not near my mouth) will the mic be muted? Or do you have to push a button on the headset to mute?

- Answer Did you make sure it is lowered to chin/mouth area? Raising the mic to ear mutes the mic.

- Answer Depending on the device. With the playstation 5 it will ask which audio device you want to use. if you select a different one, you won’t have to remove the usb from the device.
