A:AnswerNo this is a gaming headset but no surround sound. Not that I know of and it's very good anyway. Depending on your volume set that you have. Try them and if you dont like take it right back. You might like these my children and I love them.

For the logitech the only code was for dolby sound which the headset works flawlessly and requires usb to be plugged in to a computer and set up by right click on the audio icon and go thru and set the headset and mic to the headset as well as in game. If its for the hyper x to use the mic you need to plug it into a comsole controller with the 2 way splitter or for pc you need to plug the headphones into headphone and mic into the mic and should be fine in game no setup required
A:AnswerIt sure does! At first when plugging the headset into your controller you may think that it is not going to fit. You have to push it in with a little bit of force but don’t worry it won’t break it. I got nervous when I first tried but it works perfect!
