Yes! I use an ASTRO A50 wireless headphone with this mic, it's just telling Windows sound settings to use the Specific headphone as your output. One thing to keep in mind, when you install this mic, the default sound output will default to this mic, as it allows you to line in a wired headphone to this microphone. But like I said, all you need to do is tell windows to use a different output, including wireless options.
