A:AnswerTo go a bit more specific, the ram that comes with has a speed of 2666Mhz. I would suggest to buy a ram with similar speed. Buying a lower speed will work but the PC will automatically lower all rams to the speed the lowest has. Meaning if you put a 2400Mhz and combine it with the 2666Mhz it comes with, then the 2600Mhz speed will lower itself to 2400Mhz. No getting the full speed.
A:AnswerHello,
This computer does come with an RTX 2060, there is the possibility that you found one of our computers in store that uses the same case however the specs are different based on the model.
Thank you for the question.
A:AnswerHi Devin,
Its gonna depends on your laptop and its available ports. Its not as simple as plug and use when it comes to a laptop screen. I would highly suggest doing some research if you plan on trying that.
Thank you for the question.
A:Answer32gb
It has 4 slots, not 2 as Best Buy description has. I'm running the 8gb stick that came with it plus a 16gb Kingston HyperX stick in the middle 2 slots for a total of 24gb of RAM
A:AnswerIn short, 2060 super or 2070(MSI model) will probably work.
The power supply is holding you back with 192W of the 500W total (PSU from this model) going to the gpu. (based off guru3d.com gpu power draw chart)
The PSU should be upgraded before anything else especially with this system because the one included is: A)Only 500W B) Not even 80 plus certified let alone bronze/silver/gold so you're power bill is higher much higher C) Non-modular.
To save you the stress of researching, buy a GOLD 650w full-modular with a 10 year warranty (up to a 2080 ti should work) or a 750w if u want wiggle room to try out overclocking down the road.
A:AnswerYou can hook up to 4 monitors to this. Three of the four ports use DisplayPort instead of HDMI but there is one HDMI port on this PC. If you don't have a DisplayPort cable, I've added it to the recommended products. I've also added a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter as well.
A:AnswerHello,
Unfortunately we are unable to tell you the exact model of the PSU your system will contain as we use a variety of brands depending on what we have in stock. The case is our Trace 2 PRO.
A:AnswerHello,
If you would like to upgrade the processor, you would want to get an i7 or i9 CPU. For the graphics card, any version of the 2070 or 2080 would be an upgrade. Just make sure to do some research on the parts to make sure they fit in the system!
