Q: QuestionI may go to country Turkey. In there they use 220V in USA we use 110v. I wanted to know if the desktop usable in both 220v and 110v. Also is the pc’s frequency between 50hz and 60hz?

• A:Answer Hello, When you travel to Turkey, or any other foreign country, you will only need to purchase a universal cable for the PC to work. I'm assuming you mean to ask is the refresh rate is between 50hz - 60hz; that would depend on your monitor, and not the PC.

Q: QuestionCan I use adapter that changes the end of the cable besides take another cable. And will the pc change the volt to 220 automatically or should I do something manual. i put the adapters photo

• A:Answer Hello Deniz, Yes you can use the adapter cable and the unit will automatically change the voltage. There is nothing you nee to do manually.

Unfortunately, we cannot specify the brand that is used in system as our brands vary dependent on what we have on hand. Q: QuestionDoes this PC have an optical out for sound? Besides Dell's Alienware - do any of the other companies have optical out.

• A:Answer Hello, Our computers do not have optical output for sound as that is most commonly used on Televisions. Instead our computers typically have an HDMI output as it supports more formats than optical. Thank you.
