I purchased a new Ibuypower desktop. It was defective immediately. This is a third party brand and Best Buy does not guarantee it. If the unit is defective be prepared to pay return shipping and wait 4 weeks (at a minimum) for replacement and "hope" it works once returned. P.S. I would never buy another computer this way again. I thought purchasing from Best Buy would by fine. Wrong. You're not really buying it from Best Buy...sort of. They are just the facilitator of the sale.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If it has problems from the start it wont be any problem exchanging it. Mine came from the store with bad cooling fan, and other things installed wrong. The store replaced it with out any hassle. If this is within the first year of having the computer the warranty should cover it. If you have Geek Squad its covered for everything. Hope this answered what you where asking.
