- Answer yes you can upgrade the ram i have this pc and I did so it is very simple you should be ab do it when buying try to upgrade to 3200 or 3600 speed

- Answer I have this pc and most likely not this pc is one of the prebuilt that is not so likely to see it is very good but this pc has not been in stock for years you can probably get it somewhere else the model is the view 900w I hope this helps

QuestionI just got this model via BestBuy. I don't see the WIFI adapter in device manager, but the BestBuy specs say - 'internet connectivity - wifi'. My question, does this model include a wifi adapter? Where is it located? or I need to buy one.

- Answer Hello, This means that the system can connect to WiFi, but does not come with an adapter. You would have to purchase a separate adapter.

QuestionPlease someone I need help I just picked up this pc and during setup my pc restarted and now whenever I turn it on it sends me to log into an account named userprofile0. I can’t log into the account and never got to make my own so I’m locked out

- Answer Hello, Usually if the model is listed as sold out online, it means that your local store does not have any left. However, if you call your store, sometimes they may have a few units left.
