Yes, there is space for additional RAM upgrades and cooling fan additions! Most motherboards typically have 4 slots for RAM sticks and only 1 is being occupied here with a 16GB RAM module. Additional fans are also recommended in the additional space in the top, so long as you've got a good push-pull configuration to move air through.
