Like stated previous the CPU Fan really more on the lower end of CPU cooling options. The over heating is more likely to occur than if you had an AIO Liquid Cooling unit. It will also depend on ambient temperature where you live also plays a factor.

With overheating, i have not had issues and run games like Escape From Tarkov on max that are massive maps and graphics. Cpu and gpu always maintain a cool temp. I have not tried twitch streaming while gaming yet. But so far so good
