I personally don't know much about motherboards myself. I'm sure you can find out more on their webpage or at a best buy store. ibuypower is a prebuilt simple brand. All you need to do it plug it in a monitor, plug it into the wall, and that's about it. Yes, you can add more to the 16GB. There are 4 slots I believe. I will say this though; putting in RAM is tricky. If your monitor won't display and/or your fans are flashing, that means you put it in wrong. I recommend watching ibuypower's tutorial videos if you have any trouble. Or take it to geek squad.
