No to the mouse. (Mouse isn't to bad though, mostly around the sides & little on the scroll wheel.)

A:AnswerWhen I bought mine it had windows 10, and I still run it on windows 10 but it’s easy to install windows 11 and you might be able to customize it to windows 11. (Not so sure though!)
