- Answer Hey there! You might have accidentally dropped the back plate after unscrewing the CPU cooler. Open the back panel of your PC and locate your back plate, and then you can reinstall the CPU cooler back on your motherboard. You can search for video tutorials on how to do this with a stock CPU cooler.

- Answer Hello, this one only has an SSD preinstalled onto the computer. If you wish to add a HDD you can do so after purchase.

- Answer Hi there! Yes, M.2 SSDs are compatible with this PC and you would have to install them on the motherboard, preferably below the preinstalled SSD.

QuestionIs there any way to quiet the fans? I went into the BIOS but the only fan that seems to slow down is the CPU fan. All the case fans are always on max and loud.

Please make sure that your Wi-Fi antennas are installed on the back IO (it should've came in a accessory bag) and try and reinstall your Wi-Fi card. - Answer Hi there, if you're asking if the prebuilt has a WiFi card, then yes we do. All of our prebuilt systems have WiFi cards pre-installed, just make sure to attach the WiFi antennas that comes in the accessory bag to the WiFi nodes on your system. They are located on the back IO.
