- Answer Hey there! Typically dual channel RAM sticks are best optimized when its slotted in 3 ways: (from left to right) have RAM in slots 1 and 3, 2 and 4, or have RAM sticks in all 4 slots. For example, if the preinstalled RAM is in slot 1, then put your additional RAM in slot 3. Try and see if this works, and if not, alternate the slot configuration if that warning still pops up. Hope this helps!

- Answer Hey there! You'll need to go to your BaseBoard Manufacturer's website (you can look that up on System Information on your computer) to download the RGB lighting program. It does not come preinstalled so you'll have to install it yourself.
