Q: QuestionIs this professionally built because based on gamers nexus videos reviews on these pc they are built lazy with bad parts and most the time they aren't even built right and break down after a couple months I really hope customer service is good..??

• A:Answer Mine came very well packaged and no loose cables/ connections/ damaged parts , case, etc. iBuyPower has been in the pre-built gaming PC market for many years, I think price to performance theyre hard to beat. And if it ever breaks down, they come with a standard 1 year warranty, and you can always get an extended warranty if you wanted to.
