QuestionOn the lower front of my Y40 is a series of USB slots and a plug in for headphones. I can't use any of them because the headphone jack and USB ports won't allow the plugins to go deep enough to work. What is the fix for this and how should I proceed?

- Answer I am the original poster and never got an answer but I fixed the problem. I just pushed harder and the headphone jack slid right in to the bottom. Did the same thing with the USB ports.

- Answer Theyre just overclocking programs, i deleted mine and downloaded the NVIDIA app and that will overclock your PC automatically and safely

- Answer Yes. This PC comes completely put together in the case. You will have to remove the side panel to get the packing foam out. The side panel is held in by pressure pegs. Just pull a bit and it pops off.

- Answer Check all the connections on the pc, or send it over to geek squad repair. If you have total tech support you could have the whole pc replaced.

- Answer This is what the FAQs have to say about overclocking; Some components, such as the GPU or graphics card may come pre-overclocked by the manufacturer and as such, are automatically covered by the warranty. However, overclocking beyond the manufacturer's specification is not covered by the warranty. Go to the Buypower website and find support for your computer, find the faqs. They will tell you a lot.

- Answer Yes depending on the MB you will need to download the corresponding program from the MB manufacturer. Our Systems use major brands such as MSI, ASUS, Gigabyte and ASRock. Which MB you received it dependent on brand availability at the time of assembly so as the community member stated if you have MSI MB you can follow their instructions on RGB installation, though each website should have instructions on how to do so.

- Answer Hey there! You'll need to look up your BaseBoard Manufacturer (You can search this up under System Information on your computer) and download their lighting program.

- Answer RTX 4060ti GPU can input 3 monitors by Displayport and 1 by HDMI totaling 4 monitors/tv's. In the screenshot provided, there is 3 monitors hooked up vis Displayport and a TV by HDMI.

In this case for the Y40BI7N46T02 model, the graphics card is an RTX 4060Ti. However, the exact brand/manufacturer (ASUS, PNY, MSI, etc.) of the card can vary based on our current inventory.
