After having my IT look over my pc, it appears this only runs 700 watt cooling when this system needs at least 850. That is why we are all having horrible freezing issues. Not good on Ibuypower to build a pc that can't handle the power.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue and was about to completely give up and accept that I had recieved a faulty PC. The solution for me was to update the ASRock Bios to version 11.05 from the 4 version old 8.02. For my Z790-C motherboard, this could be found at https://www.asrock.com/MB/Intel/Z790-C/index.us.asp#BIOS. I have had zero freezes since updating, whereas prior to updating I would experience one every hour or two. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The fix for me was loading the Bios and disabling the pre installed RAM overclock. The PC runs much better with the RAM set to 4800.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I went ahead and listened to what others recommended; I restarted the PC and hit "Delete" when the screen came on. Went to BIOS and set the RAM to auto. To be extra sure, I also went ahead and updated the BIOS. Mind you, I did the update much later and wasn't having any more crashes/freezes after changing the RAM settings.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the same issue. It is now 2 months since I bought the PC so can’t return it to bestbuy. Called customer service multiple times, they made me update everything from bios to motherboard software-still the same issues. I will never again buy an ibuypower computer. Oh also this was 2k when I bought it 2 months ago now it’s is selling for 1699. Wonderful.

I have run a software company for 30 years and been in hardware a long time and never more frustrated. Business account with Best buy. The issue I believe is the memory modules themselves, as in this post, not sure how to get new memory modules or Best Buy to fix this issue. PC Freezes without any activity, simply turn it on and wait and solid Freeze. https://www.reddit.com/r/iBUYPOWER/comments/18hey6l/comment/kecmp03/ Very disappointed that I met this end user and not sure how we can fix, putting memory down in speed is band aide. In the end no hardware should lockup and no machine should require a new buyer to replace the Power Supply on their own. Frustrating to say the least, can never get my time back working for this very unhappy end user.
