With this prebuilt, without a doubt the 4070. If you were going to build it yourself, that would be a bit of a toss up - 4070s remain somewhat inflated price wise and hard to find.

However, the 4070 is top of the line right now and will give you a couple years (if not more) before you will need to upgrade your graphics card. I got the 4070 to save me the trouble of upgrading for longer than a 3070 would.
