Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I purchased this as a "Deal of the Day" in January 2022. The "Deal of the Day" included free installation. In the purchase process, someone I skipped or didn't receive the option to set up install. I had to physically go to the store (they don't take phone calls at my local store) to make install arrangements. It was at this time, that I also learned from the in-store customer service rep that the system would also need the "harness" which too was included. Customer service rep did a fantastic job of communicating with the in-store installation tech to make sure the harness was provided (free with the Deal of the Day) and lined up an appointment time for install. Long story short, if you didn't schedule an appointment in the check out process, I would go to the store to make arrangements and ensure the harness product is also supplied for your install.
