“I tried to enter my code for my year subscription and ifit said that they’re not accepting prepaid cards and won’t let me use this. How do I actually redeem it?”

• It's not a prepaid card -- you go to Settings then Billing then enter the gift card number in the "Gift card, activation code, or promo code" field. It will add the membership to your cart and show $0 as total. You do need to enter a valid credit card to finish the transaction because it requires a card for auto-renewal (which you can later cancel without being charged anything).

• This worked for me. The iFit screen is confusing. As was said, You need to enter a credit card, then it works fine.
