Questionmy iBT68 is fully charged and it says that my phone is connected to it through Bluetooth but no sound comes from the speaker nor my phone and the volume is all the way up even when the music is playing . i’ve reset it a bunch of times but still no luck .

- Answer I'm not sure. I have an HP tower and it pairs just fine with my computer. Look in settings under bluetooth and other devices . If your laptop has bluetooth capabilities it should work fine. If it's not too old, you should have bluetooth capabilities. I know my old laptop was 5 or 6 years old and it had bluetooth. I will note that it took a few times of pairing and unpairing to recognize it for my computer (or maybe it was just that the speaker was brand new? It still takes a few moments after it turns on to "get the signal" or something. Good luck.

- Answer The iBT68 is compatible with Bluetooth devices. 1. Charge the iBT68 for 4-6 hours in the "OFF" position. 2. Restart your Samsung Halo smartphone. 3. Turn the iBT68 ON and press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep. Then follow the instructions on page 4 of the user manual to pair the two devices. If you mean the speakerphone, once you are connected to Bluetooth you can answer calls and speak hands free by pressing the call button which looks like the telephone.
