Thank you for your question. - Please ensure the speaker is fully charged for 4 to 6 hours in the off mode. - Power on the iHome speaker. - Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a chime or distinct sound. This cleared the Bluetooth and set it back to the factory settings. - Then try to pair the speaker again.
