QuestionThe specs show this clock as being 15 inches wide, 9 inches tall and weighing 9.5 pounds. Is it really that large and heavy? Seems way too big for a nightstand.

- Answer No. Not at all. Specs are wrong. it is small, 5" tall, 4.5" wide and 3" back to front. Almost too light weight with a couple of USB cords plugged in. Tend to pull it around.

- Answer Dear Suzy, Thanks for reaching out. To toggle the clock display between 12/24 hour time, press Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 while the display is flashing during time setting.

- Answer Dear Customer, By default, the DST Switch is set to Auto and will automatically adjust the time twice a year.

- Answer Hi Sharon. It's a bluetooth connection so any device with a bluetooth that you pair with the clock should work. I use an iPhone thou it should work with Android just as easy.

- Answer The backup battery probably needs to be changed. Just follow the directions to open it and change out the battery and it should be all set.

- Answer I use Spotify with my iPhone paired to the clock for my alarm often. It just uses whatever song you have queued.

QuestionI went to hit snooze button so I go back to sleep. 5 mins later I get back up to it but the display wasn't there. The alarm still went off I've tried turning it back on but no luck. Idk if it's broken or it's a feature. Please help IHome model: IBT235

- Answer Tapping the snooze button changes the brightness of the display and even turns it off. Tap the snooze button to cycle through the brightness settings.

QuestionWhenever I go to set the time, I can only set the minutes, but not the hour and I wanted to know how I’m supposed to change the hour.

- Answer Hi Melani, 1. Press and hold the Time Set Button located on the back of the unit for 2 seconds until the clock display flashes and a beep sounds. 2. Press the – or + Buttons to adjust the clock to the current time (hold for rapid setting). Make sure you set the correct AM/PM time. The PM indicator appears to the left of the display; there is no AM indicator.

- Answer Dear Customer, dimming the screen should not deactivate the alarm, it will only do so when the alarm is sounding and you want to snooze it. - Answer You can manually adjust the display brightness to the desired brightness level. The iBT235 however does not offer auto-dimmer feature.

- Answer Dear Customer, This unit doesn't need to be connected to your phone in order to work. The phone is only needed if you want to connect through Bluetooth to stream music.
